3. Lost or stolen card may be replaced with a nominal fee of RM20.00.

4. The Privilegecard is the property of Tan & Tan Developments Berhad and the use of the Privilegecard is governed by the terms and conditions of the company and its participants or retailers. It may be amended, substituted or withdrawn without prior notice and this shall not entitle the cardholders to any claim or compensation against Tan & Tan Developments Berhad for any and all losses suffered by any party whether directly or indirectly.

5. Tan & Tan Developments Berhad gives no warranty with respect to the quality of goods or services received or purchased under the Privilegecard programme
