Looking back, we have been the pioneer and major player in the property industry. We have established many firsts through Tan & Tan Developments Berhad, the property arm of the group, pioneering the condominium concept, gated community concept and introducing the first largest condominium at that time that was dubbed “bungalows in the sky”. Since then, others have jumped on the bandwagon to do the things we have started.
We have recently launched the first luxury, curated home in Kuala Lumpur. The project, Stonor 3, a serviced apartment located in the vicinity of KLCC.
